Dirty place. Sheets were not changed, they had multiple hairs. Pull out sofa had popcorn on it and hairs. Bathroom had blood stains that had not been cleaned out. Wi-fi is super slow. Fridge makes a noise all the time that makes it hard to sleep at night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay including the oversight from our housekeeping department for not properly cleaning and inspecting prior to your arrival. We've addressed your review with all those involved to ensure this won't happen again. Thank you for bringing the Wi-Fi and refrigerator to our attention. The Tyra complex is currently undergoing an infrastructure upgrade for both TV and internet and this should resolve the speed issue. Great location
Very nice condo. A little outdated but the location makes up for everything. We could ski right up to the building and the lift was across the street. We could even walk to main Street. Would definitely come back.

Perfect base camp to enjoy and adventure.
I was in Breckenridge for a race and needed a base camp that would allow me to prepare, relax, and recover. The condo we rented was perfect for all of those needs. It was close enough to the venue to avoid parking fees and close enough to downtown to make pre- and post- race libations convenient.

Not a great stay in our unit.
The bed was old and sagged in the middle-very uncomfortable. The unit had a very musty smell and there was a beeping sound all night from a locked room next door.

Boys trip to Breck with my two sons.
Boys trip to Breck with my sons. Great ski in ski out. Pretty basic but perfect for a couple of nights. Hot tub rocks at 4 feet deep

DO NOT stay at these Condos!!
Checking in had to be done at a store in town. upon entering the room, we observed there was a piece of cabinet corner edging laying on the floor. Upon retiring for the night, and pulling the covers down, we immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed out. There was hair on the white sheets as well as crumbs of some sorts. not to mention stains. upon a closer look we noticed three of the four pillows had stains and were dirty too. We also noticed the curtains had large stains on them! When returning the keys the next day everything we experienced was mentioned to the staff. An email was given to us. We wanted to give the business the opportunity to share their side, but of course, when sending an email, we never heard back. We took photos an sent them in the Email as well DO NOT stay at these Condos!!

Ski Country staff = A+! Tyra Lookout, not so much
Our room was small and dark, so small that the only TV was mounted in the kitchen. Our view was the ground floor of a parking lot - in the bedroom only (no windows in the living room). Felt more like a motel - hardly a mountain getaway! But the staff went above and beyond to make us happy. We called about the room and they upgraded us right away to a beautiful unit at Trails End condos. If they hadn't had an open room, this would have been a disappointing stay. Spend a little extra and book at Trails End or another condo.

It was an ok stay. The accommodations were close to the event for which we were in Breckenridge. This was not as nice as I had hoped but it was definitely adequate. It was perfect for our event stay but would not be somewhere we would choose to stay for a relaxing vacation.

Comfortable stay with issues.
Stayed one night.Comfortable stay. A Fox visits the Condos looking for food. Check-in requires downtown second floor visit in an Outdoor store. Area is heavily congested and parking is an issue. Chechin is at 4 abd you need to be back at the desk by 10 the next morning. So you are basically renting the space for 18 hrs, do the math. WiFi connected easy but absolutely no internet available. Guest is provided a number for a technician but when you are back in your room at 11:00 PM its too late for a fix. If Wifi is advertised as a service it shoul be tested and working. No different than the hot water.

Great Property, Good Value, Beware of Noise Issue
Check in staff were fantastic - friendly, efficient,and helpful. We were upgraded to Trails End condos instead of Tyra Lookout condominiums (closer to main street Breckenridge. The property was nice and well maintained, and the locked underground garage enabled us to leave our bikes on the bike rack on the car without fear of them being stolen. The unit was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The only drawback was that our unit (#303) faced the street/sidewalk that is a major pedestrian thoroughfare for Breckenridge guests heading to the business/entertainment district. That wouldn't have been a problem except for the rude, crude, late night pedestrian revelers who shouted, hooted and howled at each other until 2:00 am - very annoying. Even after we closed the windows, the noise level was unacceptable. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay, felt it was good value, and would recommend the property (just get a unit that doesn't face the street!).

Short overnight getaway in the mtns. Very clean, although could use some updating-and we were on bottom floor, could hear everything above us. Nice walking location to Main Street. Only communication with staff was pleasant and efficient.

Good ski-in/ski-out condo
This was a great spot for my brothers and I to stay for a weekend ski/snowboarding trip. It is right across the road from the snowflake lift and if you take the "four o clock" trail back into town you end up right at the back door. Truly ski-in/ski-out. Hot tub was a nice feature but could be hotter. Parking was easy but you need to check-in/check-out at the management companies office down in town (not walking distance). They offer a free shuttle around town but I was not expecting this so its something to be aware of. Downtown is a short walk down the hill with plenty of great places to eat and grab a beer. Queen bed was nice, the pull-out was.. a pull-out. Overall great place and good value with 3-4 people.

Ski Country Resorts does manage over 200 properties throughout Breckenridge so in an attempt to appease all of our guests we do have a centrally located, Main Street check in location. But we do understand that this procedure is different than when staying at an actual hotel - rather than a condominium. However, we hope that you enjoyed the positives of staying at a condominium rather than hotel as well - more space/privacy, private deck and full kitchen! Thanks again for the feedback, we do appreciate it. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again during any future trip to Breckenridge.

Excellent location but very dated amenities
Room is very dated. 2 of 4 stove burners inoperative. Microwave did not heat properly. Pull-out bed was very old and pure agony to "try" to sleep on as the mattress was thin and felt every support bar and spring. Trash disposal area was non-descript and hard to find. Three available Hot tubs that seat 4 each (comfortably) for the entire complex was very disappointing.

Tidy little condo in a great location.
This old school condo was great for my daughter and I. Good pull out and nice queen bed worked well. The kitchen was handy and bathroom clean. Good value!

Difficult registration
No place in our packet was there notice that the registration location was about a mile from our condo. When I called the # on the info was told that it was at 213 Main. Found the 200 block of Main but no 213. Determined that there was a north and south 200 block and we were at the south and needed to be at the north. Since we arrived early we were given a parking permit and told to come back later and if we did not get back before 8PM the key would be in the late arrival box. Fortunately we returned before 8PM (7:50) since there was no key to be placed in the late arrival box and they had difficulty finding our paperwork.

Me and my 16 year old took a road trip to Breckinridge this condo made the trip it was wonderful and cozy had everything you could need and so close to town amazing!!! Can't wait to go back

Condo was accurately described in brochures.
Our Tyra Lookout Condo was very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Very good value and more appeal than a hotel. We really enjoyed Breckenridge and our condo. Definitely recommend it !

Simple spot and does the job. We stayed in the summer but it's right near the bottom of a lift. They have 2 indoor hot tubs and one out door one for the condos. When I was there only the outdoor one was open.

To start, the location is perfect, you are right on the slopes. The room we stayed in #14, was dated but for our needs it was perfect. It's right across the street from the chair lift, true ski in ski out. Shuttle service with Ski Country was very helpful and prompt. Check-in and check-out was smooth. We were pleased.

Excellent Location- But not a 1 bedroom Condo!!
the location for the condo was perfect, and right next to the chairlift. The free shuttle service was also great to get around the town as well. the Room was definitely not a 1 bedroom condo though.... it was a studio with to folding beds.. Once the beds were set up you could not do anything else in the room, so you had to pack up beds each morning before breakfast... they should be clearer with their room descriptions.

The condo was totally different from the pictures. The room was not in top condition, it needs new kitchen cabinets, poor caulking in bathroom. The bedroom was freeeeeeezing due to bad draft from sliding doors. Also 200 dollars for service fee is a real rip off because we had a very very small one bedroom condo comparing to other three bedroom condo with same rate of 200 dollars. I will not go back to Tyra condos ever.

Love This Place!
We stayed here after Warrior Dash 2013 and drove over from Copper Mountain. After the run, having a washer and dryer in the room is amazing, I loved staying here and I will go back soon!

There were three "bad" qualities. 1). The light from the security outside made the room "daylight" and difficult to sleep. 2) the mattress on the pull out was TERRIBLE. 3) the room was too close to the parking and we heard everyone coming home. However, cleanliness, all needed supplies, were great. Lastly, We could not use the hot tub because the "key" didn't work.

very disappointing
the room was not was advertised on your website. It said it at a private bedroom, which it did not. It did not even a one regular bed, only a murphy bed and sleeper sofa, both in the same room. Also the address that was given was the location of the condo, but that was not where the location of the rental office was. We spent almost 2 hours locating and getting checked in. I was very disappointed.
