“Communication with the host was terrible. We tried contacting them to confirm all was well with the reservation days in advance. We text and could see they read the text but never responded. We called and continued to text. Three hours before check in the host called and said they don't even do business with VRBO and the property was already booked. They clearly double booked and did not want to own up to it as thier listing is still active and VRBO confirmed after speaking with the owner. VRBO……

“When I showed up to stay the host told me that she was doing electrical work and I could not stay there and tried to send me to a different address that was smaller and not clean. They did assist with getting me a full refund but that was the only highlight for my first Vrbo booking.”

“It's an older property but still in good shape, has air conditioning, ice machine, TV, good shower water pressure, staff is kind and will work with you as best as possible on pricing. No pool. Only coffee available in front office. Otherwise it's quiet and plenty of available food and shopping options across the street, if not within a 2-5 mile radius.”
