The Space:
This cozy 2 bed 1 bath apartment, hosted by The Sanctuary Co, is ideally located near downtown Bristol. The space is part of a converted home divided into three separate apartments, each with its own entrance, ensuring privacy for guests. It is furnished with everything needed for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring the vibrant city.

Bristol is a city that always has something going on, and our home is just down the street from all the events and restaurants you'll find downtown. You will love the clean and organized atmosphere, where useful items are easily accessible.

Guest Access:
This unit is on the first floor. From the parking area at the back of the house, you'll go to the left of the house. The entrance is on the left side of the house, marked unit #1!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.

Other Things to Note:
The washer is currently out of order. We are waiting on the owners to fix it currently
