“This was the most pleasurable experience! From check in, to helping me up the stairs to my room, ensuring the room temp and TV were set and calling to check in if I needed anything. Rebecca made my experience so enjoyable and really delivered on above and beyond customer service. The hotel has a great breakfast spread and inviting dining area. The outdoors have manicured lawns and flowers. And the views out back - watch for the sunset!”

“The bathroom needed work, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, there were gaping holes in the counter where I assume Kleenex and a different type of tp holder had been. The beds have all metal frames and squeak terribly with every move. Not great.”

“The hotel did warn us they are in the middle of an upgrade, specifically to replace carpeting. The hotel desperately needs it. The musty smell in the hallways is strong. Staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were very pleasant and helpful.”

“DO NOT DO IT! This place is dirty the staff are very rude and disrespectful, 2 guys that look like criminals were walking around with big alcohol bottles and drinking in the parking lot. I checked in and as soon as I saw how dirty it is I left right away and went to a different hotel. They still haven’t refunded me. I took pictures of the pillows they had hair on them from the previous person. The second bed had a what looks like human body fluids if you know what I mean. The reception told me……
