A no-frills hotel -- expectations met

This hotel is not really one I'd recommend if you need more than a place to sleep. But that's what I needed. In my room (what must have been their honeymoon suite), there was a whirlpool right in the room and a bare-bones bathroom (the door didn't close all the way) -- but it wasn't an issue for me. In addition there was a TV (no remote) and a one-cup coffee maker. A nice touch (again, at least in this room -- can't speak for all rooms) was a fridge and microwave -- it reminded me of my dorm room, but was nice to have!
The hotel is located right on Niagara Falls Blvd., walking distance from some restaurants, shopping, etc. There's a Dunkin Donuts right at the nearest intersection for those who don't want to fumble with the individual coffee cup brewer that was in the room (or at least in this romantic room!)
The room smelled of some type of cleaner or febreeze or something. I imagine that is better than whatever it would have smelled like otherwise. Would I bring my wife and son here? No. Would I recommend this hotel to a valued business partner? No. Would I stay here again if I needed somewhere to stay with "the boys"? Sure.
