“Habitaciones muy cómodas! La comida muy rica, todo el personal muy amable! La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained; you can tell that cleanliness and comfort are top priorities here. “We have friends locally so our time spent in the hotel was minimal and didn't use the pool or gym if there is one. It's very clean and our room was calm and spacious, though because it is a big complex, it felt like a long walk just to get to the path or beach, but other rokms face the pool and are more central. It's generally well maintained and you can see staff working around the site but there were still areas that are overlooked, like woodwork in the bathroom. It's not a deal breaker as it……

“Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend.”
