This newly renovated, very clean, 2 bedroom apartment has large rooms with big windows and modern furnishings.Located in the historic, mature community of Bowness, this home offers a peaceful residential setting, yet is close to great restaurants, Bowness Park, river pathways, and minutes away from the TransCanada Highway accessing Canmore and Banff. Close to Canada Olympic Park and WINSPORT (skiing, bobsled, cross country) and only 15 minutes from downtown Calgary. (20 by bus)This is a residential building with only 8 apartments and is one of three suites available for short term rental.The yard is fully fenced and there is a private patio off of the great room, laundry facilities are in the building and are shared by the residents.The master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen and there is also a pull out hide-a-bed in the Great room.Owners live 5 minutes away and are available if you have any questions, concerns or special needs.

Christmas in Calgary
Unit was clean and well appointed. The beds were surprising comfortable. Close to everything with easy access to shopping. We stayed during the holidays to visit with our daughter and family and it was only a 10 minute drive to their home. Unit is quiet with lots of hot water for showers. Would recommend.

Dog friendly!
We needed a dog friendly spot in Bowness, and this worked well. the property is dated but the location was great for our purpose, a wedding. We wanted a quiet breakfast on our last day, and had everything we needed to cook for four. Thanks!
