This is a cozy NEWLY RENOVATED Suite with NEW fully equipped Kitchen and full Bathroom. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed and the living room offers a NEW sofa bed and work desk. Enjoy the bright windows, open concept space, free Wi-Fi high speed internet access and large screen TV with digital cable. There is also FREE laundry for your convenience. The private suite is fully self contained and completely yours! There is a separate back entrance and you are welcome to use the shared laundry facilities. Guests will have lots of free on-street parking. We're happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have anytime during your stay, just ask!! We'll let you know our availability during your stay.

    The private suite was very clean and the property manager was very courteous, responsive and caring. I have really enjoyed my stay.

    overall a nice, clean, new, fresh place
    It is a nice property, with all new everything and very clean. Only a few complaints, but they were minor. You can't control the thermostat, but the temp was mostly at a good level so it wasn't an issue. The shower is smaller than an airplane bathroom, which was uncomfortable to take a shower in.

    Easy access to Calgary .supermarket 5 minutes away train station 2 minutes away from supermarket . weather was good . would my wife and I come again definitely . accommodation loved it.
