IT'S THREE APARTMENTS TWO 2/2 AND ONE STUDIO. IF YOU DON'T TAKE THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND THE UPPER OR DOWN UNIT IS RENTED AND THEY HAPPEN TO BE NOISY, YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTING. THE COFFEE TABLE DOWNSTAIRS IS NO MORE THAN A SLAB OF SLATE OVER WOOD, NOT ATTACHED. THE CORNERS OF THE SLATE IS DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS. WE ALWAYS WRAPPED AND TAPED TOWELS AROUND THE CORNERS.
