“Room was decent. Staff were nice. Pool deck was filthy, cig butts and weed roaches all over.
Transients and tweakers wandering the halls and parking lot. People smoking in the stairwells constantly, hallways reeked like weed and tobacco.
Won’t be back, but the girl at the desk and the breakfast room ladies were nice.”
“When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. The railing going up the stairs was wobbly and made us feel uncomfortable. Both my wife and I are in our mid 70’s and had a hard time with……
“I specifically reserved a 2 queen bed room. On check-in the manager/owner tried to give me only a single queen room. Once I confronted him he gave me the room I had reserved and then tried to blame it all on Expedia. The room was clean but dated. There was no closet area or place to hang clothes or anything. The other half of the hotel looked like it had full-time families or workers living in the units and that side of the hotel looked pretty run down.
The room was quiet and sufficed for one……
“Really like the historical aspect to the hotel. It was very clean, very well-maintained. Love the location. Parking was a breeze. And Tamara at the front desk was over the top delightful. Can’t wait to come back. Next time, however, I would really like to try the restaurant, the menu looked pretty good.”
