I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and everyday there was an issue, although all of them were minor, none of them were managed the right way. Customer service is non existent, rooms are extremely humid, the wifi signal is super weak. Is conveniently located and the rooms look good but overall my experience was not good.

Nasty vile management, horrid stay

I never had a email or message about checkin. When I showed up a woman came out and I asked her if she worked there. She said scan the wall code and follow my checkin message. I said I didn’t have a message. She acted like she didn’t work there and spoke perfect English. I kept saying I don’t have a message to follow. I then said I guess I can’t checkin. Suddenly she started to help me only after I said I was leaving and finding another place since I had no message. The first room she gave me the sliding patio door lock was broken off. Unable to secure the room. Her answer was well it’s a balcony no one can get in. Yes they can. It’s a shared balcony the other room can just walk in. So she moved me next door in which the lock really didn’t work. I said I would take another room. A lesser room in which I paid for the balcony room but I needed a room that locked properly. So I took the ground floor room 2 that at least had proper locks. She was totally nasty and rude. She said room 2 was being cleaned and I would get a WhatsApp message when the room was ready. So I walked a half mile carrying luggage only to find out the room wasn’t ready. I said I’m going back to my hotel and I would be notified when the room was ready. The next day. I never spoke to this witch again until checkout. I did in fact contact the owner because she locked me out by changing the gate code without telling me. She was constantly changing the gate code so I was up letting people in locked out.

Personal pija estúpida que no se entera. Web horrosa donde no ponen dirección. Difícil de ubicar. Mal señalizado. Absurdo e-mail en inglés he tenido que responder a 10 e-mail para una estancia de dos noches. Olor por todo el hotel y habitaciones. No funciona televisión ni pilas en mando de aire water sin tapa

Mal desde un inicio

Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Primero, el lugar no está bien identificado, pareciera una casa por lo que perdimos tiempo y recursos en encontrarlo. Segundo, llegamos y no tenían la reservación, a pesar de que en la app ya aparecía como reservado. Me indica que se comunicaron conmigo para realizar el pago pero no fue así, en otras oportunidades he recibido mensajes de los hoteles cuando tienen alguna notificación por correo electrónico y ellos nunca me notificaron. Cuando eres extranjero requieres del apoyo de alguien que esté en el hotel para apoyarte con esos problemas, pero ahí casi nunca se mantiene nadie. Finalmente, nos proporcionaron una habitación pero a pesar de que si aceptan tarjeta de crédito, por ser domingo no nos quisieron proporcionar el enlace de pago, por lo que nos complicaron la situación teniendo que conseguir el dinero de la reserva en efectivo y dejándonos sin nada de efectivo. Adicional, nos cobraron más por la habitación, a pesar de que en el sitio web de hoteles.com ya está fijado un precio.

When we reached there they told us that they already informed expedia in November that their AC is not working and they cancelled all the reservation. But I found many people still coming in and getting room. We got a cheap deal from expedia so they thought why not make more money by telling us any lie and letting come-serve customers in for more money. They put us in one of their Airbnb far away further into downtown with bare minimum facilities. It was a really poor experience.

The staff were all amazing!! At check-in (I cant remember her name) but she was so warm and welcoming and helpful!! Boy did I make a perfect choice in place to stay. Can’t wait to come back again 😊🎒

Quirky hotel downtown

An unusual place. No hotel sign outside Just a bar and coffee shop ... hotel is in back. Pros: Room is new and great. Kitchenette with induction cooktop. Big smart TV. Cons: Room is humid, window to corridor which was brightly lit - thin curtains so room was not dark at night. Stayed two nights, room was not cleaned. No front desk.

Excelente hotel, instalaciones modernas y nuevas, muy cerca de la zona hotelera y a unos pasos de plaza palapas. Cuenta con cocineta y frigobar, la piscina con buenísimas instalaciones y está en el segundo piso. Ampliamente recomendado
