There are not umbrellas in the pool or beach area which is awful, they have some beds with shade but they charge extra. Only a couple bars have a blander to make frosted drinks. The room and beds are small and the bath has no privacy. The food is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Massages are expensive!

I liked the fact that even though with the evident personal and services reduction, the workers left were trying their best but unfortunately the pyramid that my Wife and I visited two years ago was different because as an example The Kinkis and Coyote Loco, the Steak House and many other facilities were available to enjoy. Nowadays most of the good things are gone.

Amazing experience at Sakura Japanese Restaurant! 🍣✨ A special thank you to Laura for her amazing service and for making our visit even more memorable. ❤️ We absolutely loved the entire experience, especially the food and the incredible Black Sense dining experience. Everything was unique, exciting, and unforgettable! We highly recommend this experience and would definitely love to come back!

Before going to Oasis resort I read alot of reviews about bad service and bugs everywhere and building in rundown shape. First of all this place is huge you are delusional if you think a cleaning staff can keep this place spotless 24/7 and still during my visit it was pretty clean. Second everything looks new so maybe they did some work before I vacationed there so no complaints. And third the food is excellent with one exception cafe del Mar is just barely edible. Everywhere else to eat is great. I plan to come back again next year. Thank you Pyramid Oasis Thank you Expedia

The property is in need of renovation. Some of the pools have mold, and the overall infrastructure needs to be updated. The rooms require attention as well: the beds and pool towels need to be replaced. The sofas are so worn out that you can feel the frame when you sit down—there is barely any cushioning left. The balcony chairs in the suites are dirty and old, and the balconies themselves were not clean. The place looks very nice in photos, but reality is a different story. On a positive note, the service and food were excellent. Also, some of the pools are ok—specifically the tiled ones.

Where do I begin. When I arrived for checking the power was out but the receptionist failed to let me know and let me walk into hot dark room. They gave me an interim room which was such a downgrade compared to the SUITE that I had. They kept saying sorry for the inconvenience but I paid good money for the room I selected so I figured they would upgrade instead of downgrade. I spent my entire first day going back and forth with concierge trying to get better accommodations. They eventually upgraded me to a master suite and there were ants EVERYWHERE, the water was brown and I saw 2 roaches on my room!!! There were water leaks all over the hotel and I was borderline harassed every single day to go to a timeshare presentation. The best thing about the whole experience was the food and entertainment. Although I have a million and one issues, the staff was very friendly, the beach view was amazing and the spa was nice. Overall, I would not recommend.

Staff was nice. Food was decent, the aguas frescas at the buffet were the best! They have plenty of pools where they are not crowded. They have good restaurant options and experiences. Entertainment was good, something to do every night. The only bad thing is that they have timeshare sellers, they are not pushy but awkward.
