The place was over sold i didn't stay there, i was looking another hotel in the middle of the night and i haven't received my refund.

The property seemed clean enough. They did not have my reservation even though my reservation had been paid. They were rude and not helpful at all. I stayed at a different hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

If you are a tourist, please do yourself a favor, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. The pictures looks so good but when you arrive at the property, its horror.We arrived at this hotel at around 7PM, I was scared because our ground transportation dropped us off in an ally where lots of younger humans who looks drunk and are using were jamming right in front of the hotel. We tried to open the door to get in but it was locked, so we used the doorbell, waited for 10mins and no one answered or open the door. After waiting for another 10 mins there's a couple who went inside and they let us in. Trying to check in was hell, the lady took like an hour to look for my rsvp in a paper until she told me that we don't have a reservation. I was fine with it since I didnt want to stay there after seeing the property and the location. She left for 10mins and came back with my passport and told me that she found my bkg and we have to stay there since its non refundable. I paid a little over 80 dollars. I wasn't comfortable staying there but since its non ref., I took the chance. Another horror happened when I saw the room, the smell and its dirty. There was no double lock on the door so I didn't find it comfortable or safe. The sheets smells so me and my husband just sat there the whole night, we took turns to watch each other while sleeping. If you are traveling alone dont stay here or make sure you keep one eye open while sleeping.
