L’hôtel était très bien situé. Il est à quelques minutes à pied du centre, des restaurants, et sur une super plage. Il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de frigo dans les chambres. La chambre était confortable propre et spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Excellent stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful even with a last minute reservation. Right next to praia Caracol, a small beach where super friendly locals come to swim and standup paddle. Also right next to the Caracol Ultramar Ferry which was very convenient for us. It's front of a Starbucks and a Supermarket. Not a fancy stay but very comfortable and clean! A/C also worked well.

Me tocó en una habitación número 8 es la mejor, el hotel está bien ubicado no necesitas más! Pero tienen trabajadores en su establecimiento por lo que los 3 días de estancia temprano se oye que tumban la pared a las 8 am, eso le quita todo el encanto al lugar, el gerente no apareció para dar alguna solución solo quédate una hora más para salir y no era necesaria

THE NEGATIVES OF MY STAY: 1) Self parking on site was advertise. THERE WAS NONE. 2) My second day, I had no hot water. 3) My second day the toilet clogged up twice. 4) My second day, I came back to my room and found my door ajar. (I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door) 5) My last night, I had no water pressure in the shower 6) My last morning, the sink stopped up and I didn’t have hot water again ! 7) When I was asked for some sort of compensation for all the problems, I was told no. THE POSITIVES OF MY STAY : 1). Very friendly staff who usually responded to my complaints / issues. 2). Room was quaint and sufficient for my needs. 3) Location of hotel was great 4). Steps away from the beach.

I had a really great stay at this boutique hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were super friendly and explained everything really well from the start. Check-in was really easy, and if you arrive late it’s no problem because they have code locks so you can collect your key easily. We stayed in Room 3, which was really spacious and had a smart TV, which was a nice bonus. The room was always cleaned really well whenever we put the sign up for housekeeping. The pool was always warm, and one of the best parts is that it overlooks the beach, which you can access directly downstairs — such an amazing view and location. The location honestly couldn’t be better. There’s a supermarket less than a 2-minute walk away, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel zone strip with all the clubs is only about a 5-minute walk, so there’s no need to spend money on Ubers. If you prefer public transport, the local bus stop is also just a 2-minute walk away, which made getting around really easy. The only small downside is that there’s no fridge in the rooms, but there is a shared mini fridge on the common balcony for guests to use. In my experience, no one touched or opened any of my things, but I guess that depends on who else is staying there. Most people were just storing drinks, which made sense. Overall, such a lovely stay with really helpful staff, a perfect location, and great facilities. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Son 11 habitaciones que están un poco escondidas, las cuales están al terminar el muelle del Ferry en playa Caracol, justo donde está el estacionamiento de esa playa pública, ahí está ubicada la entrada que dice "La Palma", sólo que son una serie de 8 habitaciones encajonadas en un pasillo y 3 de ellas con vista a la playa y la alberca. Sus habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, el baño muy espacioso también, muy limpio todo, sábanas, toallas, con acceso a la alberca, camastros y bajar a la playa justo a un costado de la alberca. El colchón de la cama de la habitación que nos tocó, como que ya requiere un cambio porque ya se hundía demasiado cuando nos sentábamos o al momento de acostarnos.
