My husband and I have stayed here three times and all three have been such a beautiful and pleasant stay! We love the cozy and cleanness, the excellent service of all the workers that are always in such good mood to help you in anything. Also we love the entertainment during the day by the pools and the night ones as well!!! Never a dull day! The setup of the three infinity pools are so beautiful overlooking the ocean and you have a choice of being either in the one or the activity one and the best for last are the bed cabanas for free either by the pools or on the beach with waiter service on both sides!!! All restaurants are also have really good food especially the Japanese one !!! So make sure you make reservations for that one!!!

The room was nice for what we needed which was to just sleep! Staff was very friendly and there to lend a helping hand, my only issue there was they were constantly trying to sell services every day which is something I hadn’t really had to deal with at other resorts I’ve stayed at. I understand it’s their job but come on man I’m just trying to drink my margarita. The views were great and the bars had good drinks with friendly staff! Entertainment was good as well! Nice hotel and would recommend. The food was really good and there was a nice variety of options as well. (My wife is really picky and still found good options).

We absolutely loved our stay! It was almost impossible to find anything to complain about. The pools, the beach, the entertainment, the food, and the drinks were all fantastic. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff clearly understands what outstanding hospitality means and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Maria, who greeted us in the lobby every morning with a warm, beautiful smile that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Very nice resort. Clean and well maintained. The property is a little on the small side but that's not a bad thing here. There are 3 pools plus the ocean. There are four restarants, one of which is a buffet. Overall a very nice resort.
