“Cute tiny home that feels like a small motel room but not in a motel. Nice house like feeling inside, but could have benefited from a “spring cleaning”. Unfortunately, the wifi and tv connection didn’t work more than 5mins at a time during our stay. The location is near other older properties but we felt safe in the neighborhood and it was super quiet overnight. Close driving distance to downtown Hendersonville. ”

“The place was lovely. Would have liked it closer to town but it was stated in the listing it was 10 miles away. The only suggestion I would make is to put in your listing that a fishing license may be required to fish. We loved the cleanliness of the cabin and the decor. We will definitely like to rent again when we plan to go there again. ”

“Very nice and helpful staff !! The place is so nice, with trees and nature in the surroundings. With BBQ area, resting places,... and area big enough for enjoying your stay here. Everything well decorated: inside the cottages and the outside area (tables, chairs, hammock, etc). Totally equiped kitchen with amenities for cooking. Clean. The only thing is that is quite near to the highway, but when you are in the cottage, this is not a problem. Even outside, you can't see it so for us it was not a...

“It was described as 1 bedroom but was a studio.No kitchen towels.No privacy.No blindsDirty ashtray on deck.Futon totally uncomfortable. No lake view.It was a nasty pond and couldn’t be seen by house. No welcome book or information about where places were or directions.Had to google everything. Totally disappointed with everything about this place.I’d hate to give VRBO a bad rating.Do you even check these places out? I think some kind of compensation should be given.”

“This was a lovely little house to use as a home base for some mountain adventures. My kids especially loved the full-sized bunk beds. Check in was easy, the hosts responded immediately to questions and were very helpful. An added bonus, Weaverville itself is a great little town with good food and fun shops! I would absolutely go back to this same property!”
