Beautiful and cozy condo located in Santa Clarita (Canyon Country area). Close to Six Flags Magic Mountain, College of The Canyons, Cal Arts, Vasquez Rocks & Disney Studios - Golden Oak Ranch. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two double beds and the sleeper sofa is a comfy memory foam queen size bed. We are at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the community park with a playground and flanked by two pools. Everyone from ALL backgrounds are welcome.

Wonderful property in great area
We booked for a vacation to Six Flags and it was great. About a 20 minute drive from the park. The property is located in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants in the near by area plus a Costco and a Sam's. The property was clean, we had a wonderful selection of snacks and drinks left by the owner with a kind welcome card. The snacks were wonderful as we got in late the first night. The hide-a-bed in the couch was comfortable which was great bonus. There is a washer and a dryer which was awesome. As others have mentioned the garage is a tight fit and if you have a larger vehicle, parking on street is hard to find. We had 6 adults and it fit us great. Would definitely recommend for your stay!

We had an amazing time at SixFlags about a 20 to 30 minute drive. The house had everything we needed. The pool was great the host was so easy to work with. We had a large van that was to tall for the garage so finding parking was a little challenging but it all worked out. Over all we loved this place and would definitely book again.

Fantastic Experience
Loved everything about this condo! The location was ideal for our vacation activities. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Duane provided us all the information we needed to access the garage, the condo, and the pool. We had no issues during our stay. The extras of snacks and drinks to get us started were so appreciated. The neighborhood is respectful and quiet. Doordash had no issues delivering to us. I loved the porch and enjoyed my coffee every morning outside. Highly recommend!!

Great condo for our six flags trip!
My family enjoyed our stay! We were rained out of a couple of our six flags days, so we spent more time than anticipated in the condo. My kids loved the complimentary treats, that was a fun surprise.
