Upon entering, the lobby was very inviting with beautiful Christmas decorations and a warm fireplace—especially appreciated given how cold it was outside. We visited the on-site Irish pub to watch Sunday night football and were greeted by friendly staff. It was also great that both the hotel and pub are dog-friendly, allowing us to bring our pup along. “The power was out in the city when we arrived, the staff met us at the door with flashlights to help us get checked in and took us to our rooms. They were super accommodating even with no power. Luckily that evening it finally came back on any the great service didn't stop”
