“Prytania Pearl is a fantastic deal! Perfect location very close to St Chas streetcar and a variety of eating places, of which our favorite was right by the streetcar and served the best beignets we had all week. The flat is very clean with tons of thoughtful details included. With 2 small children, we really appreciated not having to buy any laundry detergent; she also lent us a brand new portable crib. ”

“This condo was beautiful! Very clean and just minutes to anywhere in the city. We never had an issue getting a parking place. However i do suggest you Uber where you need to go as it was cheaper than paying to park! Also there were plenty places to eat within walking distance, we had the best coffee every morning from the little cafe next door”

“My sister and I visit New Orleans every few years or so for 3-4 weeks at a time. This was the best budget friendly location we have found so far in the sense that the neighborhood feels quiet and safe, and the neighbors were friendly and pleasant. It was a short walk to the river which we absolutely loved! We had a rental car, so every place we went was an easy 20-minute drive. It was so nice to stay on the outskirts where parking was not an issue and we could get away from all the city...

“Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. ”

“We wanted a higher end NOLA experience during a seven city college tour of the south, but hotels are tricky with three kids. This was ideal! Comfortable, incredible views, ideal parking. The house had “just enough”— our one night there we didn’t end up needing to buy a bunch of things to be comfortable. Oh and no CRAZY check out demands. It was easy, breezy and would 100% return. “The location to the St. Charles Streetcar was ideal! We were able to catch the streetcar at all hours going in both directions with ease. All of the bedrooms were spacious. And, the living/ dining/ kitchen were ideal for our group of 6. Enjoyed the Avenue Cafe just around the corner and loved Lula's Restaurant just a couple of blocks down. The vibe was great and the dinner amazing!”
