“The condo itself is very nice. It was the perfect size for my mom and I as we were doing a mini vacation. The only thing that I wish would be noted is that you do have to climb stairs and if mobility is an issue, this is not the place for you.”

The flooring throughout the house was unsafe, with panels coming up and not properly secured. The back door would swing open unless the deadbolt was locked, which is a major safety issue. “Never received a door code, WiFi password or room number for the place we were booked to stay. I called several times and got voicemail. I also emailed several times and no response. I called Vrbo at least 5 times to see if they could get the information from the owners. They couldn’t reach them either. I tried messaging them through Vrbo and nothing but generated messages with no information that I actually needed. So I paid for a place I didn’t even stay at.”

“Condo was in a great location, easy to get to. It was also very spacious and clean. Pros definitely outweighed the cons, however some improvements would definitely be welcome.The kitchen had a nice variety of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. It did not have any basic staples like salt & pepper, sugar & creamer for coffee or even coffee pods. Not a huge thing, but I guess we’ve gotten spoiled by other properties.Another thing that would have been nice were the sofa beds having pillows. There……
