“We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. ”

“Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay.”

“Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. "酒店的地理位置非常方便，到教堂或督督宮等景點只要步行4分鐘便可。步行1分鐘便有小型超市且營業到晚上11點，方便遊客。酒店的早餐美味但選擇不多。房間在上年裝修過，貼比新淨，睡床和枕頭也很舒適，整體來說我們都非常滿意。"

"Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much."
