It would have been nice if he did do that the following day, it didn’t happen during our stay so we needed to figure things out for ourselves. "The property exceeded my expectations. Four of us settled in comfortably and enjoyed the beautiful countryside right outside the door. The furnishings were very good and the kitchen well-equipped. The house is a 15-20-minute walk from the center of Montisi. And it is located for easy drives to Montepulciano on the east and Montalcino on the west. Luigi was very helpful on all fronts, from check-in to check-out. We are all poised for a return visit."

No cooking etc. kept temperature low, only used lights in a few rooms in the evening. When we checked out the surcharge for gas and electricity was €920! This was very disappointing."

"Loved our stay at House of Alice. It’s very centrally located in Tuscany. Francesco was wonderful and took care of reservations and recommendations for us. The village itself is very small. The house was clean and well appointed. Small recommendations are; it could have used more efficient seating in the living room, a few more kitchen items, larger coffee maker etc. Also the bathrooms could use hooks and a shelf. Overall a wonderful and charming place! I would highly recommend!"

"The location is great, you have beautiful Tuscan view in front of yard. The room and bathroom are large, clean and modern with full kitchen. Good choice of breakfast, restaurant onsite is good for dinner. Free parking is good for travel by car."
