The porch area has panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, with a table and chairs. There is a gazebo on decking area outside, with more seating. The private estate is gated, with a private road. There is space for multiple cars to park. The estate has a beach and bordering river, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car, or in 20 mins by walking. There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket in Castle Bruce, which can be reached within 5 minutes by car. The area is also on the Waitukubuli Trail, if one enjoys hiking. Emerald Pool is 25 minutes away. The capital, Roseau, is approximately 50 minutes away by car, and the distance from the airport is 30 mins. There are local buses that go to capital, but hiring a 4X4 car is highly recommended. Transfers from and to the airport or Roseau can be arranged.
