"I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such."

We were doing a pet friendly road trip through Arizona for the first time and this location was perfect. At the heart of Roosevelt Row, everything was within walking distance, even an adorable dog park. We especially like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. "
