"The Royal Palms fully lived up to our expectations. Not only was the level of service Five Star but it felt as if you were a guest on a private estate rather than staying in a commercial hotel. We particularly enjoyed the history tour guided by Todd, which explained how Mr and Mrs Cook originally ..."

"The adult pool made it nice and quiet. Being able to bring the pets was nice too. The only issue we had was the toilet had a broken handle that needed to be reset by hand or it would continually run."

"The area is fantastic. Besides the app issues and the digital keys - which really need to be fixed for the contactless service point people expect - this was a fantastic place - cool area - close to Bourbon and Bones to be able to stumble safely home lol - Great place and can't wait to come back. ..."

"It’s a cute place, but a little worn out. The DJ playing Friday-Sunday from 12:30 to 5:30 was fun for the folks in the pool, but our room windows were literally shaking and we had to leave the hotel. F&B was fairly limited. Great Old Town location, very walkable."

"The property is extremely accommodating. They will shuttle you to and from Old Town Scottsdale, and we even asked our driver to drop us and pick up at a grocery store (to which they happily did so). They also will pick you up in a golf cart to tote you around the property as needed. Everyone was extremely friendly and we would absolutely stay here again. "

"This resort has many amenities to choose from. Made my stay that more enjoyable. Spent a day at the spa, played some games. Then finished the night with a nice romantic dinner at one of their restaurants. Room was clean & comfortable. Checking in & checking out was so convenient. Overall satisfied with everything this resort has to offer."
