"Great stay"

"Nice hotel to go on a vacation me and my wife love it,good breakfast and friendly staff."

"The property needs an elevator, but everything else was good"

"This place was great! We spent 4 nights here. The staff, especially the manager, was so friendly and helpful! The full breakfast was delicious and satisfying! The place was clean and we always had clean towels. It is a convenient location, and the price was very affordable! If we are ever visiting the Milwaukee area again we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Best Western in Germantown!"

"Nice hotel."

"Very pleasant stay."

"It was perfect for our stay."

"Great place. Excellent location"

"We were in town for a wedding. The check in process had a few hiccups, but the owner was so sweet and helped us. We could tell they're working on renovations, and the room was very nice and included a full fridge/freezer and microwave (very convenient for storing diabetic supplies). Would definitely stay there again."

"Nice hotel"

"No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in town."

"Family enjoyed breakfast. Appreciate the adjoining suites"

"I love this property very clean and accommodating"

"We had a pleasant stay at Towne Place. It was close to the things we wanted to do. It was clean and well maintained."

"Hotel was ok, you could tell it had been updated in the recent years but the beds and pillows were insanely uncomfortable and the pool could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise the staff was great and the hotel itself seemed pretty quiet even when we stayed the night of a wedding block."

"Rooms are clean, staff are nice. Pool and gym is always clean and convenient."

"The rooms was nice and clean and the staff was nice"

"Room , we got the suite was excellent and clean. A hot tub , swimming pool and shower area with immaculate , clean and well kept. The staff operating the facility were more than helpful and cheerful people."

"Hotel is a good value. Good location for my needs."

"A nice, clean room with a comfy bed. Not too hard and not too soft! Close to the pool and hot tub, which we had to ourselves for 3 weekdays. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast of cheese omelets, sausage links, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, etc. The coffee, both regular and decaf, were very good also. The TV was easy to operate and the heat/AC worked great."
