Just bad!!

Rude, unprofessional staff! Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Very cheap! No plastic cups, ice or anything. Hair on linens.

Close to Taco Bell and the drive and ride

There is nothing in the room everything is glued down handicap shower when you're not handicapped can't take a proper shower housekeepers put a full size sheet on a California king waffle stomping in the bathroom no coffee maker no extra pillows no available towels to take showers no bath mats no wash rags recommend ear plugs at night I mean I'll walk over there pet friendly but they charge an arm and a leg when the carpets are destroyed anyways and smell like urine but the morning staff lady is very nice

No Rooms

Booked the room on line... I Drive there in a blizzard and when I got there they were overbooked w/ no rooms available! 2 other guests we left hanging as well!!!

Upon showing up, a woman was complaining about bed bugs, this is where I should have known what our room would look like. We entered the room which was FILTHY. Cheap lingerie rappers were in the drawers, trash beneath the bed and all under the dressers. Hair in the tub and sink. The room was NOT cleaned. There were cigarette burns everywhere and NO BLANKETS on the bed as if we were planning to sleep there after seeing the state. On our way to get a refund we had TWO people ask us if we had speed for sale. When getting a refund another couple said they found a used needle under their bed. I can't believe this hotel chain has not been shut down. We ended up staying at a holiday inn Lakewood 20 minutes away next to another extended stay hotel were the staff had head "horror stories"

Very unsafe and dirty.

The people at the hotel completely trashed the staircases we couldn’t get to our room and we had to find a whole other staircase to get to our room. There were used condoms and trash everywhere. The room smelled awful of marijuana and cigarettes. Random people sitting outside of the hotel rooms being super loud and throwing bottles outside off the balcony. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere and will never be going back there ever again!

Hotel is nothing like what website photos show

Not a place I would ever go back too. I didn't stay after arriving due to multiple problems. No one at front desk, reservations were messed up, rooms were not what they looked like on website. I had a horrible experience. I would never want any other family to go through what mine experienced.
