miss this place if at all possible

Cons: too much to list
Location: denver tech center north light rai mall 2 restaurants
overall didaster room was dirty and no tv no coofeepot no toilet paper then i asked for a different room when i opened door ofd the new room there were 2 guys having sex on bed when i opened the door could of been an ugly situation had i not apologize quicly and politely.then the sink and tub were so dirty and the staff was very non professional it gets worsr but i think you get the picture never again

Could not even find a clean room-left hotel!!

Location: Location was nice
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! After getting our first room, which was dusty, still had trash, had nothing in the bathroom including a shower curtain. The picture was off the wall, the smoke detector was off the wall. We tried 4 rooms before we finally had enough and left the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Room was dirty, many things broken or in disrepair. Won't be staying at this hotel or chain again.

Great location and walking distance to light rail

Upon check in my room smelt bad. I believed it was the smell was marijuana so I asked for another room. The hotel clerk gave me another room. When I walked into the new room smelt the same as the other room. But now I knew what the smell was, pesticide to kill cockroaches or bedbugs. I confirmed that by the dead flies in my window seal that were victims of the recent fumigation. The room was dated and only 27 TV channels but no list of what channels were available. One towel and wash cloth in the bathroom and no plastic cup was in the bathroom to rinse out your mouth or get a drink of water. Also found the remains of fingernails that were lying on the ground against the wall. The refrigerator made a loud noise all night long.

Latinsia deserves a raise!

Latinsia at the front desk was there at the front desk and was super helpful and very patient with some guests who where pretty rude and difficult. Morning... she was there. Afternoon... she was there. Evening... she was there. That girl deserves a raise!!! As far as the room goes... the place is ok... you get what you pay for.

Not worth the money

Bad odor in room, no clean towels - had to go to front desk to ask for a towel which ended up being stained with black ink or blood (not sure). The room had no utensils or anything that would allow us to use the kitchenette. The tub still had hair in it. There were no sheets on the bed and pillows were paper thin. No extra blankets, No extra pillows. This place was absolutely awful.

Worst experience I gave ever had start to finish

I came in the location on the day of reservation around 12:00pm to see if I would be able to check into me room early. I had tried to call before arriving about 10 times and was not able to reach anyone at the front desk. I was put on hold for several minutes (10minutes +/-) for the majority of the attempts I mad to reach someone at the hotel and the other times I no one ever even answered the phone just rang on and on. Once I arrived at the hotel I sat in the lobby waiting for someone to come speak to me for about 45 minutes, during this time I saw an employee walk, to the what I am guessing is an office behind the front desk, and start talking to another employee and a toddler. but I was not helped or even acknowledged. I then called customer service and was told that they were in the back doing " departures" and if I want to use the phone and call them they would be happy to help. When someone finally came to the front desk she was rude and with a snarky tone said that the only room she had was a queen, which is not what my reservation was for, and that there would be a $20.00 early check in fee, which I had never been charged before when I have checked in early with an extended stay hotel before which I have checked in early with every one of my stays,but giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe they other employees had waived the fee and that is not normally allowed, or what ever may have been the reasoning that I hadn't heard about this "early check-in" fee, had s

The hotel was not very clean, including a pair of panties hanging out in the bathroom. The linens did not smell clean. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

This is an old hotel

Cons: Everything. Old, dirty
This place is very worn. I am just going to say water was hot and the bed was flat. No housekeeping service. Refrigerator was louder than my car's engine.

Staff does not care and poor housekeeping

Checked in to find the room unkept and not cleaned from the previous visitor, sheets rolled up on floor, dirty towels everywhere. Went to front desk and then switched rooms to one that was made but had no soap/shampoo, limited toilet paper, no towels. Then when we asked for towels, they had no extra clean ones on hand and we had to wait until the morning for towels. Website said complimentary breakfast, but went to front desk only for them to say they don't have the supplies and their shipment was coming in the next day. This hotel is clearly not well kept and have poor management/staff who gave attitude when we complained that rooms are dirty/ unkept/ unsupplied. Wish I could give 0 stars, would not recommend to anyone.
