"Pros: Clean room, Location was close to what we were doing, Gated parking area and the bar was unexpected positive experience the bar tenter was cool and knowledgeable about Corktown where the hotel is located. Cons: Small bathroom, Had an outside patio area that we couldn’t use because door wouldn’t open, Wasn’t a fan of the cement floor in our room. Overall, a positive experience would stay again."

"I had double booked my reservation, and cancelled the wrong date as soon as I learned of it. This hotel still charged me for both. They accepted over $400 and refused to cancel it because it was a "no show." They present themselves as a luxury hotel, but their customer service was that of a much lower class facility. I would not recommend booking here under any circumstances. They provided no service at all, but they kept my payment. "

"Beautiful hotel! The beds are comfy, good shower pressure and nice toiletries. The roof top bar has some tasty drinks and amazing views. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is the walls are real thin. Neighbors came back to there room arguing at 4:30 am and heard that. Also heard them making up at some point later in the morning lol. If you are going to a concert or a game, Nemo’s bar across the street has shuttle service. The italian place also across the street was delicious! We had a perfect night "
