"Staff was friendly, especially at the bar! Having the kitchen open late wad a big help after a long day to not have to go far. The food and drinks were good! The room was spacious and beds comfortable."

The staff were really nice, and a lovely touch: I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday and they left a card in the room. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and there was no fridge in the bedroom. Parking not on site, but around the block."

"I checked in even after the area looked rather sketchy! The bed was comfortable and that ask i needed. At 2am the room next to me started playing rap music extremely loud so i call the front desk and nothing was done for nearly an hour. I checked out and requested a refund which they would not give so I'll dispute the charge with my credit card provider. Red Roof customer service offered to give me 50% off which was not good enough. I slept in my car. I should have known something was amiss because there was security glass at the check in counter. Why would they need that??? Know I know. I'm sorry that 1 is the lowest trading because one is an insult to other properties with a 1 rating. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!"
