“Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. The food at the restaurants was fresh and delicious, even though the service was pretty slow. I highly recommend the quick hike down to……

“Wonderful staff - so helpful and cheerful, really brightened the day. Location is great - 10 mins walk to the main area of restaurants. Parking was OK - a bit tight but manageable. Only downside was that our “basic” queen room (all they had available) had no true window - the false window faced the interior corridor and night exit, so not only does the room have no natural light, we were awakened by inconsiderate guests slamming the heavy steel security door all night long as they came back 3am……
