The staff has no idea how Expedia or any other on-line travel service works. No one spoke English if not for my girlfried I would have been lost. They couldn't find the reservation. Fortunately Super 8's website verified the confirmation and they eventually found it. They insisted for 3 days I had not paid. I showed them the pending transaction from my bank (the third day of my stay). After 2 and 1/2 hours of arguing with the clerk and two different divisions of their company they found the payment. My definition of a nightmare; this and not being able to speak the language. The furniture seems new for the most part. The T.V. is pretty large but, unlike other hotels that had at least 1 channel for English news, they did not. It had a few minor cleanliness issues. Pay more money, stay somewhere where someone speaks English.
