Private Beach, Water Views, Incredible Location!

"This place is a gem and was perfect for my family. We were 3 adult couples and found the home to be suitable to our needs. The kitchen was the central gathering spot and very well stocked for cooking meals together. The views of the water, outdoor spaces around the whole house, and walking distance to the beach made it so enjoyable. Each bedroom with en suite bathroom felt like their own suites, allowing for comfort and privacy. The location was quiet and private but a short drive to so much. Great bird watching and we also saw seals feeding from the deck (using our binoculars). The whole house was recently renovated and everything felt new. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. We had a few issues while there - check in was challenging because the lock boxes that hold the keys are not in good working order and we couldn’t get them open. It took many tries (in the pouring rain). After about an hour of trying and someone from Del Mar on the way to help, we finally made it inside. Del Mar was helpful and apologetic, stating they would provide a small refund for our troubles, but I’m not sure if they actually did that. The other big issue was the bed in the first floor bedroom - the frame was not put together properly and it caused the mattress to severely sag in the middle so the 2 people sleeping in there did not sleep that first night. Again, Del Mar was responsive and sent a technician out to fix it. We later found the pieces to the bed frame in a dresser drawer."

"This property easily accommodated three generations of my family ranging in age from 2 to 71 with plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy each other's company and see the sights in Chatham. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of extras that make your stay much easier. There were plenty of spaces for puzzles, card games, and reading for everyone. The yard was lush and beautiful and a perfect place to relax at the end of a long day at the beach or shopping. Easy access to all that Chatham has to offer. The host was excellent and prompt in responding to any questions that we had prior to and through our stay. I'd highly recommend this house for families with children, teens, or adult children. It was spotless on the inside, and the outdoor patios were great spots to review the day's activities and plan what to do next."

There is a cute place to sit outside and while we didn't spend too much time inside there was sufficient and comfortable space. Our host was easy to communicate with and even notified us when the property was ready before the expected check in time. We will surely return in the future."

"Allison’s adorable studio went well beyond our expectations. Not only was it spotless, the kitchen was well appointed and stocked, the bathroom a spa experience with the soothing sea glass tones. The main room was comfortable with plenty of storage and places to relax many more than you’d typically expect for a studio. If you’re fortunate enough to find this precious gem available; book it. It’s convenient to everything in downtown Chatham and just a short stroll away to restaurants and shopping. Not enough to entice you, if you love windmills, there’s one about a block away. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage (and you don’t need to supply your own laundry detergent either) as well as beach gear on a first come first serve basis. If you rent bicycles, you can safely store them I. The garage as well. Thank you Allison for providing us with a blissfully relaxing week!All the very best,Susan and Robert"

"This home is all about the view. The views of Chatham Harbor are nothing short of spectacular. Additionally, the access to the private beach is a real luxury, particularly during peak busy times. The house itself is Cape Cod simple- pretty basic."
