The staff was not friendly or kind. She had a terrible attitude and gave me issues about my expired I.D. (I haven't been able to renew my I.D. because of the pandemic-I've flown on major airlines with this I.D. without issues, but the nasty lady at this nasty hotel gives me attitude about it? really.
