“Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.”
“Poor room and equally poor dinner. I got money off the bill. Avoid the Willow room which was a sauna and directly over the kitchen exhaust. Did not use the pool.”
“Convenient for parking but general state of property was poor. In need of some updating. Carpets were grubby everywhere and our room was very hot though they did provide a fan. Unfortunately we were bitten by mosquitoes in the room.
The bar was only opened for limited hours. We did not eat in the restaurant though a fellow guest said to us his experience was not good. Poor quality food and bad service.”

I reported this expecting the hotel to take it seriously, deep clean the room, and protect future guests. Unfortunately, the response was shocking. Receptionist, couldnt care less, said unsure what the policy is and someone would call me back. 1x week later no phone call or communication. Called back again, receptionist this time did apologise, but said the duty manager is very busy with event this weekend……
“I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized……
“One lift didnt work and one was very slow.
Rooms had nowhwere to hang clothes except a couple of shirts/dresses
No air conditioning just a fan which just blows warm air round room - also looks like no heating for winter either!
Last time I will stay here when we have good stays before.
Food poor at best in Bar. Very little choice and all deep fried food.
Tables appeared to take ages to be cleared of past customers plates etc.
Asked well in advance when booking to have 2 rooms togetehr for……
