“The location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our 5-day stay was overshadowed by cleanliness issues. During our stay, we saw seven cockroaches, including two large cockroaches in the pool. The pool was dirty and not suitable for swimming, which was very disappointing since it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to using. Parking was also a challenge because there was only one available……

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
