“Although in a sketchy looking part of town, this place is a hidden gem. I love the security factor of using the keypad for access. Pool seemed to be a saltwater pool which was a great difference. Didn’t see any maintenance on the pool as there were multiple dead bugs for the days I stayed there. I recommend going to the poll at night however, because it’s beautifully lit. Temp was a little warmer than I would like but it’s expected since it’s outdoors. Room itself was wonderful and I loved the……

“Great if you’re there to explore the island and barely need the hotel. I like to sleep in a little late some days. The walls are very thin and the staff is a little loud on the property while they’re cleaning and doing maintenance. Lots of mosquitoes but they do have bug spray and sunscreen available if you ask. Staff is amazing and will help as much as they can but I wouldn’t stay again.”

“amazing first time in PR aire de olives team was very accommodating, i had to give points off because they don’t have microwaves in their rooms and i purchased a birthday package that wasn’t set up when i arrived but they quickly made sure it was set up while we were exploring PR. those two minuscule hiccups were overshadowed by how safe we as two women felt on and around the property and the kindness we received from the team! will definitely consider booking again when staying in the isla……

“Will be back most definitely, they will make you feel at home, give you privacy yet there when you need them! Only thing that was a little inconvenient at some times was the gate going in and out of the property.. they should consider either remotes for each room or just a better system rather than having to call or text and wait for one of the staff to open it… otherwise it was amazing and great location!!”

“Loved the room I was in, wish room service was daily and that we had gotten more towels. The elevator was also really jumpy, it could definitely use some maintenance.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”

“Overall, I had a great stay at the Fairmont. The only downside was that my room had a strange smell, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was excellent. The amenities were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”
