If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning. ⚠️

⏰ The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of whether they are staying overnight. Pre-Arrival Verification: For the security of our community, all guests must complete a verification process through our trusted partner, SuiteOp, before check-in instructions are released. You will receive a personalized link to guide you.
- The primary guest must pass a secure criminal background check (no SSN required) and submit a government-issued photo ID.
- Any secondary guest must also provide a government ID.
- For same-day bookings, this must be completed within one hour of booking. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry without a refund.
Check-In & Late Arrivals:
- The primary guest on the booking must pick up the keys in person and present a valid ID.
- If you plan to arrive after 11 PM on a Sunday or Monday, you must notify us by 8 PM on your check-in day so we can arrange for the garage staff to assist, as the concierge desk is closed. Failure to provide notice will delay your check-in until 7 AM the next morning.

Safety & Policies:
- For your security, outdoor security cameras are present in the building's common areas. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
- The building management does not accept or hold packages for guests.
- While cannabis is legal in Ohio, our unit remains strictly smoke-free. You may occasionally notice odors in common areas, which are beyond our control.
