“We arrived at 11 pm for check in . Only had stop for overnight. I moved the blanket on the bed to go for sleep, under the sheet was full of different pills 💊 and capsules!! I traveled with my wife and 7 years old child. Imagine you see something like that when you want to go to sleep. In the morning I went for shower , no body wash!! Breakfast was horrible. I mentioned those in the morning while I was checking out the guy was just looked at me and he didn’t say anything. Unbelievable!! Do not……

“Parking was great was moving so it was a quick overnight .but the pool was relaxing it was a tuesday night not super busy great after a day of loading a truck and needing to be on the road early early”

“The young girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and checked us in fast. Rooms are spacious, coffee in the lobby was a great perk and the onsite restaurant was delicious while being reasonably priced. We stay often while visiting my daughter at Utica University.”

“Arrived at 4pm, room wasn’t ready check in time was 3pm. Gave them my cell said they would text me when room is ready. 5:15 still hadn’t received a text went to the front desk and the room was ready! They didn’t know why I didn’t get a text. Was told there was nothing we could comp due to check in time can go to 5-5:30p. Received a text at 5:55 stating our room was ready! The Manger didn’t care. ”
