“Great little basement apartment everything was clean well decorated”

“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee……

“We couldn’t have had a better location - very walkable and steps from the Belt line, restaurants and shops . The parking in the garage was very convenient. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable . ”

“In the Midtown neighborhood of ATL. Walking distance to known spots and local restaurants and cafes range from 5 minutes to 12 minutes driving. 4 minutes to walk to the Savannah College of Art and Design. The rooms are very spacious. The living room and kitchen are a great size, so 2-3 people don't feel cramped. Very easy parking all day. Thanks for having us!”

“Overall, I really like the location. The unit itself was queen in decent. The common areas need updating and repairs the entry doors to the building look like they’ve been broken. The elevators have broken glass inside of them. The hallway is all smell like cigarette smoke and the check-in process was a little bit hectic. I got locked out as well because the digital locks are required, you to have to hit them periodically to keep them going. And the lockbox code that they gave for the alternate……

“Great location on the Belt line. Close to restaurants and activities. Beautiful space and very large for a studio. Could have had more welcome amenities like coffee pods and water but other than that would recommend!”
