“非常小巧的房间，但应有尽有，吹风机，电风扇，开水壶，独立浴室，电视，wifi. 英式早餐是现做的，服务很周到。每天都有客房清洁服务。他家还有个漂亮的小花园，从楼上看下去很不错。每天从外面玩回来，可以自在地休息。 其位置离大英博物馆步行10分钟不到，距离euston地铁站、火车站都很近，特别方便。除了空间比较小之外，在伦敦是个很好的住宿点。”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. “When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. “Terrible experience. The property owner was extremely rude. I booked a room for my husband, baby, and I. I followed up via email to confirm how many of us would be expected and asked if they had a cot we could use. They responded positively confirming they would have the cot in our room waiting for us. On the day of our booking we were informed that we had booked the wrong room that only accommodates 2 people and he could move our room for the night. By the time we had driven 2 hours to the……
