“Our experience at the Gladstone Hotel was wonderful from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. We received a welcome bottle of wine in our room and enjoyed some lovely dip with chips and vegetables from the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and the decor with the curated artwork was really funky. We played pool on the third floor billiard room in the morning after having a delicious brunch in the cassette restaurant ”

“No on site parking even though on Expedia it said it had ( not the hotels fault and there is city parking about a block away) - but the staff and cleanliness were great. Didn’t love the location but hotel was good and as I said staff excellent.”

“I had do not disturb sign on for 2 days, then took it off and no one came for several hours until i called and requested it. I mentioned earlier that I will be out of the room for a while so they can clean. We come back in the evening and the room still was not cleaned. After i complained i told the staff they have to clean the room while im present. The next day the housekeeper came but left all the dirty cups and wine glasses. Other than the house keeping situation this hotel was excellent.……
