I hope we don’t get bedbugs

When we checked in, it was about an hour past check in time. The staff was outside smoking weed and when one came in to help they weren’t sure if the room had been cleaned yet cause she ‘hadn’t done room checks, yet’ Iwas uncomfortable the whole stay because of the cleanliness. There were yellow stains on our white sheets, the pillow cases had tears, hairs woven into the cotton fabric and yellow stains. The floor was dirty so we wore shoes anytime we walked around. The room itself was run down, broken lamps...etc The window had the security light blazing through it so the curtains had to be closed but they were physically impossible to close all the way to block out the light and weren’t thick enough to keep the light out. The bathtub made me cringe and I forced myself to use it. The pool chemicals were off so the pool was cloudy and my kids felt sunburnt after only 30 minutes of swimming, not to mention the clumps of hair all around the pool area tile you have to walk on. The staff made me uncomfortable and made me wish they didn’t know which room was mine. Every time we left I felt the need to bring anything of any value with me because I couldn’t be sure they wouldn’t rummage. The door to our room wouldn’t shut unless you let it slam and then push hard on it -which we didn’t figure out right away. It was the worst two nights I’ve had in a long time - not relaxing. Glad to have gotten away from there BUT now the looming feeling of, did we bring bedbugs home with us?? GROSS!

Not what we were expecting

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Just about everything needs to be improved.
We reserved this room for our Valentine's day weekend. The hotel looks fine from the outside but we were very disappointed when we got to our room. There were stains on the walls and carpet. The tile by the hot tub was broken and stuck to my bare feet. The hot tub was only big enough for one person and that was the main reason we picked this hotel. The towels felt like sandpaper, we actually went to the Wal-Mart across the street to buy towels to use for our stay. To get to the pool, you have to leave the hotel and go in a building next door. We didn't do this as it was very cold outside. Our tv remote was sticky and looked like someone spilled something all over it. It also wasn't working so we took it downstairs and all that was done was replacing the batteries, not cleaned. The beds are not comfortable at all. There was a bright parking lot light right outside our room and the curtains did not do much to block it.

Cons: Cleanliness of room. freshener was overwhelming. The bed was not good.
Not as clean as one expects from a Days Inn. Bed was not good. Desk person was so nice.

Not only was the hotel unclean but I don't think my sheets had been changed from the last people. Also I'm sure I heard rats/mice inside the walls. Ugh.

Desk person was great. Room has some problems broken tiles on floor on bathroom walls dirty and shower area it cracking I have pictures.Just needs work done to make it right

This is a hotel that is showing its wear. You can also hear every footstep of people in the room above your room.

Clean and a very nice view. The staff waa friendly. They could of has a better breakfast tho.
