Close to the airport

Pros: The room was a suite and was nicely decorated. It had a nice flat screen TV which my husband really appreciated.
Cons: Disclosing that the free airport transportation has to be booked through the hotel 24 hours ahead of arrival. Not on the website!! Poor "breakfast".
Location: We did nothing. We left early the next day.
We were only there for the night flying in from the west coast and leaving the next morning.

Room had stove, no pots, one spoon. Tub needed to be refinished, no dishwashing liquid or product for dishwasher although dishes, walls needed repainting. No smoking room - smelled like HEAVY SMOKE

Terrible internet and shuttle bus

I called from airport for pick up, but they said they need 24 hour advance notice, which I couldn't find on Expedia. That was first disappointing. Internet connection was sooo bad. I even couldn't open any website nor get email. Not recommend for business use at all.

Is not a good place!

Pros: I love they way the Penthouse is divided because i have my privacy.
Cons: they should remodel the suites. its too old and they are dirty and stinks.

I stay 5 days in a Penthouse with my family and children, the facilities are old and not in good condition. The room stinks, I reserved a non smoking room and when we arrived there was a lot of smoke in the room. I talk to them and they spray the room, but the smell keep going. The second day i was in the bathroom and the door lock and my husband have to broke the lock so i could go out. we told them and they don't do anything. They offer a good breakfast, but its not clean, i saw a roach when i was eating. Its too old and they don't give maintenance.

I had booked 4 rooms. Had a group of guystudents heading to Columbus for bachelor party. Booked enough rooms so that everyone had their own bed. No one doubled up. On one on the sofa. They gave us one room early which allowed us to stage our luggage. Got back to the hotel just after midnight. They only had three rooms total. Grrrrr. Not what we expected. One room didn't have heat, which made for a cold night. Staff was great! Very friendly. Expedia gave me a refund on the unused room after a 40 min phone call and talking to all of their employees. As to the rooms, they all need a little loving. Fix what's broken. Replace what's missing. Paint what needs painted. Not big items, but would make the place more appealing. The party was a hit, so that's good.

Staff excellent---Accommodations Lacking

Pros: Employee Amanda was outstanding and worked with us to obtain an upgraded room.
Cons: Cleanliness, refurbishment, update furniture, replace chipped formica counter, replace missing dishes, use Febreze so room smells clean
Location: Columbus airport; The Ohio State University, Columbus city activities
The only positives about our stay was employee--Amanda--she upgraded our room. Otherwise the hotel room was not clean; the furniture was dated and dirty; sofabed mattress and spring broken; countertop formica chipped; most outlets did not work; room smelled unclean and of stale cigarette smoke, although a non-smoking room; and complimentary breakfast unsatisfactory.

Worst place I have ever spent the night

We had trouble finding the hotel. We called and the clerk hung up on us. We arrived and waited for service. Got to the room and it was terrible. No TV so I called the unfriendly desk clerk and she replied it was damaged and taken out. Toilet upstairs would not flush. No trash cans. Dirty linens in the front closet. Breakfast had waffles no syrup. Cereal with no milk. Terrible - please remove from Expedia - I was so disappointed. It was dirty and disgusting!!!!

Location: The location was okay.
From the look of the lobby, we could tell this might not be the type of hotel for us. Therefore, before we accepted the key to confirm the stay I asked the receptionist that if the room was not good we would not be staying since the reservation was one that we could cancel. She agreed. As soon as we stepped it we were disappointed. However, the bathroom was so disgusting that it was ridiculous. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We immediately left and returned the key and stayed at another hotel.

Bad choice

Too much noise. Couldn't sleep. People driving around parking lot with loud music. Banging on doors Did I say couldn't sleep.
