Using Kroger carts as caddies. Smells like a buttcrack. Very rude and unprofessional front desk woman in particular. To the point customers were complaining to eachother. Smells really bad. Trash laying around. Someone told me they complained about the water being cold which I also experienced but didn’t complain…..and the front desk said nobody else complained so it’s not an issue. No security. Doors that are supposed to be key card access didn’t work. Were broken open.

Incredibly filthy, trash piled up by the doors, trash inside building in stairwell with dirty diapers. Smelled really bad, hallway smelled like weed. ROOM WAS FILTHY, dirty dishes with water left in pots, stains on the sheets, dust kayer on fridge and lamps, air co ditioner looked like it gad black mold on it. Terrible experience.

I was given a room with no running water. I told the front desk and they sent me to another JUST TO SHOWER then came knocking on the door while we were still showering to ask us if we were done yet. The room we showered in had a broken shower head, dirty towels and the shower curtain was stained pink. I took pictures of all of it to show the feont desk. I go to return the card key to that room and the front desk person was rude when i said i would like a refund for them putting us in a room with no water and making us go to a different building to use a broken shower. He told us they fixed our water. We get back to our room and there was water but not any hot water. It was ice cold. I would not recommend coming back here. Especially when there was no advance to fix our problems we had in the room. I STILL want my refund.
