“This was an excellent stay especially considering the price. Property is a traditional motel that has been well revitalized. I would stay again. ”

“Bathroom dirty, no top sheet on bed, air conditioner squeaker loudly all night, fridge leg missing so it tilted, several other items not working.”

“This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. ”

“The price was budget friendly. In addition to the TV, there was a fridge & microwave, Iron & Ironing board and small coffee maker with coffee and creamer packets in the room, which we don't always find in a room at this price. It was clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay there again.”

“Good variety in the breakfast buffet- everything was fresh and the coffee was good. This hotel had lots of extra amenities like extra toiletries if you forgot them. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly, I’m not sure if that’s what everybody in Kentucky is like, but they were definitely friendly here lol”

“Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the Innkeeper was very helpful in telling us some of the history of the surrounding area. We enjoyed driving the area and visiting a couple of surrounding towns.”

“We wanted just a place to get away from the Northern weather and see our youngest do some rock climbing. Richmond was a great place for us. But we had car trouble and had to extend our stay. The motel staff was so supportive, it blew our minds and in fact made us want to go back to Richmond.”
