The Seahorse Villa is perched on the hill side surrounded by olive trees and overlooking the Ionian Sea with far reaching views to Albania, it is one of two villas in this tranquil, private location.

The villa has been furnished with modern comfortable furniture and fully equipped to a very high standard, the villa has large bright, airy rooms all of which have terraces or balconies looking out over the panoramic Ionian Sea views. All rooms have air conditioning & central heating, The private pool also benefits from the stunning views and all day sunshine, an extensive private terrace to enjoy a BBQ, alfresco dining and private sun bathing. Located on stunningly beautiful and popular North East area of Corfu the villa offers an excellent base for your holiday in the sun.

Locally there are many beautiful bays and resorts with Taverna's, bars and mini markets others quiet and secluded, you can hire a boat locally to discover hidden gems, historic Corfu town is under an hours drive away.

The villas property manager will attend to the pool and Aileen my villa maid will visit the villa twice a week. You will be dealing with and booking directly with me, the villa owner.

The villa accommodates 7 plus we can supply a baby cot if required, 8 is our maximum occupancy.

Lovey stay!
Had the nicest stay at the villa, it was well equipped and very spacious with the most glorious views. Walk down to Agni bay was easy enough but walk back up more difficult. Definitely would need to hire a car next time as taxis hard to get. Host was great at communicating and we would definitely return.

Perfect holiday in a wonderful villa.
I do not often write reviews, but I must make an exception for the Seahorse Villa. It is quite simply fabulous, magical and fantastic. I will try to put into words how superb this place is, but I will fail miserably. The pictures on the site do not convey how stunning the view is from every part of the property. The accommodation is very generous and feels more like a family home than a holiday villa. Outside there is so much space that our group of seven never got in each other’s way and there are more loungers, chairs and tables than we needed. As the temperature climbed the huge umbrellas were a perfect respite. We all enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, as early starts are a must when there is so much to appreciate. You really don’t want to miss a second! We spent as much time lounging around the pool as we did re-acquainting ourselves with wonderful Corfu because this villa is so quiet (I love cicadas) and relaxing. I really could go on and on, I could mention the eagles soaring above us, the wildlife that delighted us, Jerome’s neighbours who were amazingly nice and helpful, the barbeque, etc, etc, etc. As I said, I cannot really convey how special the Seahorse Villa is, so I have tried to describe it clinically. If you read this, multiply everything by 100 and you might come close to what we have enjoyed for two (much too short) weeks. I would be remiss if I did not mention that Jerome is the most attentive, helpful and informative landlord anyone could wish for. He seemed to spend all his time waiting for us to bother him with questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble. Between Jerome and Brian we had a perfect stress-free holiday. Thank you, Jerome, Brian and Linda. We will be back soon! Nigel and Carole.

Spectacular Seahorse villa
What an incredible place to stay. Spectacular views set in a stunning location. The most helpful and friendly host Jérôme will make you feel so welcome and answer any questions you have. We all loved the amazing views from all of the rooms and made use of the pool and bbq. The villa is clean and well equipped thanks to the lovely staff who look after the pool and villa. We would love to return soon.

Beautiful villa with amazing views
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this stunning property. Jérôme has sent lots of information before our arrival so we found the property very easily. The villa is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. It is spacious and clean with really gorgeous outside areas. The view is just incredible! We felt so happy staying here and hope to return in the future. Thank you Jérôme.

Excellent villa, stunning location
Had a superb week at this stunning villa at the end of July. Accommodation was excellent, the air conditioning was a life saver, the pool was superb and all facilities matched up to expectations. The local area was very scenic, lovely tavernas and beaches within walking distance, although the walk back can be a challenge given the villa sits at 350ft or so above sea level. Only down side was in no way related to the villa itself, but the lack of garbage clearance all along the coastal road leading to frequent large piles of rotting waste at intervals along the roadside was quite an eyesore not to mention an environmental hazard. Other than that a wonderful spot!

Fabulous holiday
Had a brilliant family holiday in beautiful villa margarita. The views to wake up to in the morning are stunning, peaceful and away from everything. We loved visiting kassiopi in the car, great supermarket, beautiful beach. Villa had everything you could want, would not hesitate to go back. Very Steep drive to drive/walk up but it was fine. Recommend a stay here definatly! Need a car!

Fantastic!
Excellent break in northeast Corfu, 10yrs after our last visit to the area. Accommodation had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing with amazing views down to Kalami & Agni and across the sea to Albania whilst the children played in the pool. The information pack in the villa was very helpful & wifi worked well. Couldn’t beat coffee and breakfast on the balcony with the sun coming up. We walked down to tavernas in Kaloura harbour (45mins), Kalami (30mins) and Agni (15mins) with the children - slightly harder work coming back but well worth it for the views, aromas of jasmine, herbs, wild flowers and fruit trees & then fantastic food (and saved driving)! Disappointed to come home!

Great villa with spectacular views
We were a party of 7 adults (5 in their early 20s) and the villa was ideal. Spacious and well kitted out and the location is great for access to Kalami and Kouloura - both beautiful and with good restaurants. We hired a boat for 3 days from White House Kalami and visited lots of bays and lots of snorkling would recommend). All in all a brilliant time had by all.

Lovely Villa with the most amazing stunning views
We have just returned from 7 nights staying in Villa Margarita with our two teenage children. It really is a lovely villa, very well kept. It is very clean, very well equipped and has everything you need. The swimming pool is great and kept the kids occupied for hours. It is situated in a beautiful part of Corfu, we loved Agni bay and Kalami and the views from the villa are absolutely breathtaking, even more beautiful than in the photos it really is in an amazing location. A car is essential in this area my husband and son did walk down to Agni bay which only took about 15 minutes but found the walk back quite difficult especially in 35 degree heat!! The steep driveway to the villa was a bit of a shock but we got used to it after a couple of days! There are some lovely Tavernas nearby in Agni and Kalami, some of the local tavernas will pick you up and drop you back at the end of the night which was great - especially George from Dimitris in his little green minibus!! We really did enjoy our week at Villa Margarita and would definitely recommend this wonderful villa if you are looking for a relaxing away from it all holiday.

Lovely clean villa and suited us very well, very clean and great amenities. Swimming pool is perfect, great for dipping in and out, probably not h best for small children and not a lot of space around the outside of the pool. We realised the villa is on a hill and the drive would be steep but it was a little shock when we arrived as to how steep it was and a bit tricky the first couple of times going up and down but we soon got used to it. Agni Bay and Kalami are so pretty and an absolute must is to hire a boat and go exploring, the water is beautiful and we loved exploring local coves and swimming and snorkelling from the boat. A fab holiday, thank you.

Beautiful family villa in a stunning setting
This very lovely villa that comfortably accommodated a family consisting of parents, teenagers/young adults & grandparent is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the bay of Agni. The views are stunning & villa, pool and garden area provide everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A car is required if you wish to visit the lovely coves, beaches & excellent tavernas in the local area. Groceries were easily obtainable from very good local supermarkets who provided excellent service. A visit to Corfu town was enjoyable & hiring a small motor boat enabled us to see the beautiful north east coast of Corfu. Communication with the owner Debbie was excellent throughout. We often don’t return to properties twice however Iif visiting Corfu again I would not hesitate staying in this villa & would highly recommend it for an enjoyable relaxing family holiday.

The villa was perfect for us. Great pool, lovely views to Albania and down to Agni. Very good restaurants in Agni and Kalami and particularly at Kouloura. We enjoyed finding very quiet coves along our coastal walks. This is a lovely area. Thank you Debbie and Chris and sorry about the hassle with leaving my sterling behind!

A lovely well equipped villa with an amazing view
The villa is just lovely - clean, comfortable, high spec and well equipped. We had a great, relaxing and easy stay. The view is amazing and the pool great. The kids had so much fun on all the inflatables. There are some good restaurants nearby and the sandy beach of ag. Spirydon is only 20ms away. Loads of wee coves and a boat trip is a must. Totally would recommend this villa and its surroundings.

The definition of perfection
We've had some great holidays over the years in many locations.All have been really enjoyable in spite of the occasional issues we've come to expect, so coming to this stunning location to find absolutely nothing to find fault with has been a revelation. Right from the first enquiry to book through to the check in desks at Corfu airport we were provided with the perfect holiday experience. Chris and Debbie clearly understand the reasons why people need to get away from it all and have exceeded in their aims to deliver an impeccable offering. The villa is fantastic and the views are breathtaking. If you are looking to holiday on Corfu and want somewhere that's far from the madding crowd, look no further.

Nice view ... BUT ... THAT DARN ROOSTER!!!
Such a great location. But there are a few caveats: the 2 roosters next door are far too close. They start at 3:30 and often don't stop until after 5:00 pm. I realize this is not technically the villa's issue, but it is no different than being close to other noise such as traffic, buses, etc. You simply cannot sleep when they start unless you have every window closed tightly. You have been warned. And a day by the pool ... sounds nice and the view truly is magnificent. At first the rooster is funny, a bit of a novelty. But you will want to get a gun and go hunting. Trust me on that. A few other issues: when we started the rental it was advertised with heat. Nights were as low as 12-13 C when we arrived, but the heat didn't work. AND, even when we figured out the new thermostat, the heat was ACTUALLY shot off at the radiator. No one would expect that with low teens temperatures. So for 2-3 days we had no heat. I ended up with a sinus infection and had to see a doctor twice. And the new thermostat ... regulates the hot water too. So, no hot water to start the visit. For such a villa you kind of expect to turn on heat when you need it, and same with hot water. You don't need several pages to learn how to operate the "system". I realize the owner is simply trying to save money/energy. But if you are going to rent, don't expect renters to figure out 7-8 pages of instructions. As it was, we figured we could have heat, or hot water, never both. We simply gave up. WiFi: they do have WiFi, but it will drive you crazy, it is simply that slow. As I use this to keep up on work duties, it was more than frustrating. I ended up using my cell as a wireless hotspot as it was faster. Again, perhaps not important to everyone, but it should be noted as incredibly slow ... think dial-up, but even slower. TV: never did work. I followed the directions to a T, but it never worked for the 2 weeks. Toilets: Stopped filling the tank. Apparently there is a filter that gets clogged from time-to-time. With such it requires regular maintenance to clear it. That apparently does not happen as the tanks were not filling at all. So, grab some pots, remove the take cover, and fill from the sink. Did it get fixed? Yes. But honestly, if this is a known problem, the filters should be cleaned regularly. Obviously they are not. Condiments: salt & pepper only. Never seen such few items. Not what I have seen wherever I have rented. I wouldn't go back. Just not what you pay for.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la villa. Elle est vraiment adaptée à de superbes vacances - Un intérieur moderne, soigné et bien équipé. des terrasses à chaque étage qui permette de profiter de la vue exceptionnelle Jérôme le propriétaire est très présent et réactif en cas de question Etant véhiculé, l’accès à la plage se fait très facilement N'hésitez pas à réserver cette villa : c'est la garantie de vacances remarquables

Villa Margerita, Korfu
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Toller Ausblick, freundlicher Kontakt. Ausreichend Platz für uns 5. Toll, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein en-Suite Badezimmer hat. Die Auffahrt ist eine kleine Herausforderung aber für Korfu wohl üblich. :)
