“The house has been lovingly restored and is the perfect blend of "homely' and "beachy" for the relaxing holiday feeling by the sea. Really thoughtfully designed and has everything you need. The short stroll to the beach was a joy everyday as the views are breathtaking. Gorgeous sands and crystal clear ocean, what else could you ask for! “We had a wonderful 60th party with friends and family. The house was perfect for 3 nights and accommodated 26 of us really well. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook several meals without a problem. Located just outside Padstow we had plenty to keep us amused. “The property was perfect for our needs. The views were great. Ours was an Autumn stay so didnt use the garden but it must be lovely in the summer.....secure and no paths or road directly outside. Not overlooked...parking private and spacious...the property had everything you could need....clean...comfortable...great access to the beach and coast path. (We no longer have dogs ....i did think that i may have been worried about them bringing too much sand or wet inside as the door opens directly……

“This property is superb for a large family, with a lovely garden and we loved the fact that were 2 living rooms as it meant we could dedicate the end room as the children's playroom with their favourite films on the tv, while using the other living/dining room for more adult pursuits. The bedrooms are all of a good size, and are comfortable with nice bedding.
