This brand-new 11-bedroom home was custom-designed for making memories. With multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, an HD golf simulator, private pool, home theater, and much more, your group will be entertained rain or shine.
Entertainment Highlights:
🎯 Indoor Golf Simulator Room (Adults Only): TruGolf Vista Pro 12 model with HD projector and infrared sensors. Play 98 iconic courses including Pinehurst No. 2, Bethpage Black, and Kiawah’s Ocean Course.
🎬 Home Theater Room: Seats nine plus a sectional and bean bags. Bring your own console—there’s an HDMI hookup for gaming on the big screen!
🕹️ Rec Room: Classic arcade console with 60+ '80s games, shuffleboard table, and multiple TVs.
📺 Smart TVs in every bedroom and living space, plus a SONOS multi-zone sound system throughout the house and outdoors.
Outdoor Fun & Relaxation:
🏖️ A local rental company sets up a 10x10 beach tent with six chairs daily (in-season, non-turnover days)—a special thank-you from the owners!

🛋️ Screened porch off the kitchenette—perfect for shaded meals and lounging.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
