“I have stayed in five venues on my visit to Somerset over the past two weeks and this Hotel has been the best in many ways . It has been the most friendly and personal with an exceptional welcome by team members especially Vicky and Pat . The Hotel is centrally located in Market Place which makes it easy to travel to other towns in the county either by car or good bus connections . We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit! “The property is quite quirky with uneven floors but has character. Quite a small hotel and choices at breakfast were limited. Vegetarians and people with other dietary requirements not really catered for.”

Spa area and all 3 pools are spotless, just enough loungers, more than enough towels and shade - and on a hot day a beautiful place to chill out after exploring Bath. Bar lounge menus and main restaurant menu are good value, food is excellent.”
