“Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. It’s a rare find, don’t miss this gem! Best trip of my life thank you Kiki!”

“Lovely condo but it is right next to a very loud restaurant and bar so it’s a bit noisy until about 10pm. The pool and beach are wonderful and it’s very convenient to lots of activities and restaurants ”

“There was a big miscommunication with how to gain entry into the condo. It was almost an hour before I gained access. I would look into getting a new shower head and have someone check behind the cleaners. I was washing my dishes and noticed the counter had not been cleaned from when someone spilled coffee so I cleaned that up my self. Everything was ok once I got a direct number to host. ”

“The view from the deck was very beautiful. We much enjoyed sitting out in the mornings and evenings, watching the water through the palm trees blowing with the breezes. Midday was pretty sunny and warm, but lounging on the chairs down on the beach was quite refreshing. And the northern location helped keep most of the sargasso away; it was still there, but nothing like what we saw further south. The place itself was just a little worn around the edges, but perfect for our needs: a/c and fans……

“I guess the reviews are very mixed because of different expectations (and I guess Prices). We payed under 100usd per night in August 2023 and consindering that it was absolutly fantastic! If you expect a 5 star hotel you will probably be disappointed by one of the following things: mirrors weren't spotlessly clean, the bed was standing 90 Degress turned so it might be a bit short for tall people (but 2m wide), no room cleaning included, one of our toilets had trouble flushing (the swimmer kept……

“Wonderful experience! We went with our 7- and 10- year olds and the apartment was perfect. We did a little bit of cooking but mainly ate at the beach club attached to the condos, and we loved having the pool (with lots of floaties!), and the beach right there! Only 5 min walk to the Main Street (and we loved the shortcut via the beach). My son ate the bacon cheeseburger from Mayan beach club every day. There was never a feeling of scarcity - always a pool chair in the shade, and you could relax……

If you need to park, the app isn't very English friendly2. It is close to some nightclubs so there is going to be some music and revelers but it is manageable”

“Our condo was beautiful! It was luxurious and spacious with stunning ocean views. There was lush tropical foliage that provided privacy and tranquility. So relaxing. We loved the easy walk to 5th Ave with fantastic shopping, restaurants and night life. The staff was outstanding and catered to our every need. Will definitely be back! ”
